Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. During busy periods or holidays, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, email deluxescentsltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider in case of a posting delay.
  3. Contact your bank as there can be a short processing delay.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us before returning anything.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalised products, certain personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure, contact us.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU deliveries, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email deluxescentsltd@gmail.com. We’ll share the return address and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Timelines

After approval, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
