Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. During peak periods or holidays, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard rates and estimated delivery times:

    Standard Delivery – £4.99 (2–4 business days)
    Free Delivery on orders over £60

  • European Union 🇪🇺
    Standard EU Delivery – £14.99 (2–11 business days)

  • International 🌍
    Standard International Delivery – £23.99 (3–17 business days)
    Includes destinations such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

We strive to meet all delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to high demand, customs inspections, or courier issues. Deluxe Scents is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Deluxe Scents Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at deluxescentsltd@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Deluxe Scents is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched.

International Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items purchased comply with your country’s import laws. We cannot refund or replace items seized by customs.
